1. Is finacial aid available?  Yes, Financial aid is available.  To apply, please complete the Parks & Recreation Scholarship application and return it along with the requested supporting documentation.  If you already have a scholarship through Parks & Recreation, WCYBSA will honor the same scholarship amount.  Forms can be found on the FORMS page.

2. When are player evaluations? Typically in late February or early March

3. What is the age cutoff date? The age cutoff date is April 30 of each year.  For example, if your child is 6 on April 30 he/she would play tee-ball that year.  Age breakdowns are as follows:

Minor League Girls Softball - Ages 7-9

Major League Girls Softball - Ages 10-13

WeeBall (Boys & Girls) - Age 4

Tee-Ball (Boys & Girls) - Ages 5 - 6

Rookie League (Boys) - Ages 7-8

Minor League (Boys) Ages 9-12

Major League (Boys) Ages 10-12

4. What will my child need to play? Your player will need a batting helmet, baseball or softball glove, baseball pants, baseball socks, baseball belt, and a baseball or softball bat
